We have supplied mud pumps, shale shakers, Choke and kill hose etc for world oilfield area and other famous oilfield service companies, in the mean time, SCOTON also develop some new products based on special working condition and request, especially superior products as: iron roughneck, top drive and top drive assists.
Oil Country Tubular Goods
Oil Country Tubular Goods (OCTG), refers to a kind of special steel pipe for oil and gas exploration, most for seamless pipe, but welded pipe also account for considerable proportion. In recent years, our perforating gun tube and perforating gun tools have been more and more exported around the world, TTP strip, scalloped gun, through tubing perforator, horizontal perforator etc all can be supplied according to customers’ drawings or samples. SCOTON’s OCTG mainly take differentiation product line, there are many advantages in these areas: special material (9Cr, Super 13Cr, 28Cr), special thread (VAM, Fox, Hunting, BG), special purpose (sand control, perforation and coiled tubing).
Drill Stem
Drilling stem is SCOTON’s superior products. As early
as Scoton founded, we give priority to the drill string products promotion and
sales. In recent years, the company has developed many new products, Interchangeable blades stabilizer, non-rotary stabilizer, hydraulic adjustable stabilizer, variable diameter hole opener. Our drill stem products from raw material selection
to production all through strictly quality control, stabilizers’ forging
technology level is industry leader, adjustable hydraulic centralizer is
domestic initiative, friction welding machine used for drill pipe production is
the world well-known brand. In addition, thread protector of drilling stems
and packaging frame is also special products.
Downhole Tools
Downhole tools is SCOTON’s main products now. Along with the increase of global oil and gas exploitation, reduce of cost, dissolvable material bridge plug, coiled tubing tools and whipstock tools are more and more be used, we also can provide cement logging technology and equipment of bare well and cased well. We have two parts: one is drilling tools, including Whipstock & Window Milling, multistage circulating head, multi-purpose milling fishing tools. The other is well completion, logging, coiled tubing tools. Many of these downhole tools are SCOTON’s advantage products.
Microbial Enhanced Oil Recovery
Microbial enhanced oil recovery (MEOR) is a new technology, use some microorganisms to degrade oil, increase oil emulsification degree, reduce oil viscosity, to improve oil recovery rate by injecting water containing microorganisms into the oil well. It’s a rapidly developed technology to enhance oil recovery, It not only can pick up the crude oil flowing underground, but also can pick up the crude oil which is not moving, and can prolong the production life of the exhausted well. With the continuous innovation and development of technology, corresponding technological products have emerged: Microbe plugging agent，Microbe wax-proofing agent, Microbe oil displacement agent.
